Elastic & Unified Load Balancer (EULB)
Dynamic traffic distribution
With the Elastic & Unified Load Balancer Service (EULB), the Open Telekom Cloud provides an automated distribution of the traffic to several Elastic Cloud Servers. The load is better distributed and the response times of the virtual machines remain in the desired or optimal range. In this way, you are able to not only optimise the response times of the systems, but also improve the fault tolerance of your cloud solution. The Elastic & Unified Load Balance service supports up to 100,000 simultaneous connections.
What is the Elastic Load Balancer?
The Elastic & Unified Load Balancer avoids so-called "single points of failure". It provides balanced performance and increases the fault tolerance of the service so that it remains available to its users. The response times of the virtual machines remain in the desired or optimal range. The Elastic & Unified Load Balancer supports up to 100,000 concurrent connections and is characterized by high OpenStack compliance. Billing for the Elastic & Unified Load Balancer is on an hourly basis. Learn more about cloud servers
