Cloud Trace
Detailed monitoring functions
Cloud Trace is an effective monitoring tool that enables users to analyse their cloud resources via so-called traces. Traces record access to user-specified resources. This facilitates security monitoring and also helps to identify and eliminate errors. The monitoring protocols can be stored in object storage in the long term and at low cost. With Cloud Trace, audit requests from internal and external parties (such as payment service providers) can be met.
Cloud Trace consists of three modules:
Tracker Lifecycle Management is used to manage traces that monitor access to specific resources within the cloud. The tracker can not only be submitted, stopped, and deleted, but also modified.
A search / display function displays the results of the various traces.
Object Storage shows tracker results. Using Cloud Trace, you can create complete operation logs, that show which API and consoles accessed resources.
