There are two ways how hpc jobs can be submitted:
- If working on our cloud based VDI workstation, you submit the job via a command line “tsub” in a cmd or gitbash window.
- If working on your local workstation for pre- and postprocessing, you submit and control the jobs via our hpc web portal client.

We also provide a gitbash as a Linux emulation to use Linux based scripts, for example. Linux based VDI workstations can be offered on request.Read article
When transferring classical applications to the cloud users need to deal with disaster recovery. Typical solutions to do so are usage of load balancers or the setup of stand-by clusters. But if these solutions are not possible – due to technical limits or costs – Storage Disaster Recovery Service (SDRS) can be utilized. SDRS ensures a continuous synchronization of data between two different availability zones. The effects of an application outage thus can be minimized. Besides applications that don’t have own disaster recovery capabilities SDRS is suitable for single node applications without scale out functionality and applications that have high demands for data resiliency: RPO (Recovery Point Objective) is close to zero seconds. SDRS supports all Xen flavors and KVM based general purpose flavors.
The service is available in a beta version.Read article
